During your test, you will be asked 2 questions. 1 'show me' question, and 1 'tell me' question.

The 'tell me' question will be at the start of your test before you start driving. These questions ask how you would carry out a safety task related to your vehicle.

The 'show me' question will be asked while you are driving. With these questions you will be asked to physically show how you would carry out a safety task related to your vehicle.

If you were to answer one or both of these questions wrong you would receive a driving fault.

During the 'show me' question, if your driving becomes potentially dangerous then you would receive a serious fault.
